- Girl: I just want a guy who is nice and caring and is interested in me. She means she wants a HOT GUY who is nice and caring and interested in her. Guy: Man dating is so tough i feel like no girls want me. He completely ignores the 225lb women who want him. I can't take anyone who complains about dating seriously.
- But anyway, the news is out. And all of a sudden, my female friends are very interested in my life and new jobs and like to talk to me a lot more. They’re even more touchy than usual, they all of a sudden want to drink and dance together. Now I’m not saying I don’t like this new attention because i find them attractive, but I don’t want.
- Nobody waits days to answer someone they're genuinely interested in. If she's obsessed with you - This might seem great at first, but can turn south quick. Codependency is not healthy, and can create a foundation for control, manipulation, and abuse later on.
I've been having some luck with girls lately in class this year, and I wanted to share a few examples that could mean a girl is interested in you.
1.) She needs help. Whether this be through navigating through a college database or help on her hw. She could easily ask the teacher, but she's not. (She's asking you)

2.) Compliments. Let's say you had to write a paper for class and have it be reviewed by your classmates. If she literally tells you, 'Oh, I thought your paper was so funny.' or 'I was blown away by your paper' she could be into you.
3.) Sits by you. This is kind of a dead giveaway. If she sits next to you the first day of class (and has other options to sit at), she thinks you're attractive.
Why does no one pursue in today’s world of dating? Every guy i meet online seems interested but barely texts and doesn’t pursue. I remember years ago guys would chase me and text and now they move on to the next for no reason. Welcome to r/datingadvice! Please keep the rules of r/datingadvice in mind while participating here. 4.) Engaged in conversation. While speaking with her, does she often ask you questions about yourself? If she does, you may be seen as 'interesting' to her.
This is just a few examples. The important thing though, if you think a girl likes you, is to not be too eager to please. Don't throw yourself at her or tell her she's the best looking girl in town. Make yourself different from all the other guys interested in her. Wait to ask for her number. I'd say the #1 thing though, is to not compliment her on looks (yet). She'll start to wonder about you and become more and more curious. Anyhow, these were just some thoughts brewing in my head!
